RETURNS

Domestic

Domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage®. Please notify us if you have any specific shipping requests or need your order at any specific time. We're more than happy to help accommodate rush orders with an extra fee.

Unfortunately, once a package tracks with USPS as delivered, we cannot be responsible for replacing it if stolen or missing. If you'd like to make sure the package requires your signature for delivery, please email us at the time of your order.


International

We do ship internationally and have two options:

USPS First-Class Mail, which can take up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on your location.

USPS Priority Mail International, about 7-10 days.

International orders may take additional time to ship, so again, let us know if you're in a rush and we'll do our best to accommodate that.

Also, please understand that, due to the nature of First-Class Mail and international mail in general, it's very difficult to track your international package. If you feel that it's taking longer than it should to receive your order, contact us to receive your Customs number, which can sometimes be used within your country's mail system to locate your package. Priority Mail International is able to be tracked, so please choose this service if you'd like the extra security. Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages.

All international orders (outside the U.S.) are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. For US customers, we offer a 14-day refund (excluding shipping costs) upon receipt of the package. The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing including the plastic bag or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to ask for photos of the products before returning and refuse any returns, that do not fulfill these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.

Please contact us before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the message.

Important: Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you). If any items arrive back to us damaged we are only able to offer a 50% refund, excluding shipping costs and return costs if we have arranged the return shipment.
